One of the most common mistakes made when designing for corporate training is not allowing adaptability – the ability for the learner to adjust the experience based on their knowledge and skillset. Flexible learning conditions allow a larger range of learners and a more individualizied experience.

4. Measure Corporate Training ROI with Quizzes

Make sure you have some way of measuring training success, whether through quizzes, ROI analysis or performance reviews. Without some unit of measurement, you miss out on the opportunity to analyze and decide whether your program was a success or a dud for employees.
