ELM is proud to present our new breakfast series, designed to bring L&D professionals together to discuss, share, and learn industry best practices. Our first event will feature speaker Erinn Kolp, Customer Success Manager at LinkedIn for Learning Solutions.
A little about ELM
ELM is a learning agency that specializes in creating experiences that inspire growth and change in the world’s leading organizations.
We’re passionate about learning and the learners we serve, that’s why we make learning intuitive, meaningful, fun, and effective. With our NeurolearningTM principles, we create content that works. It sticks with learners and delivers results that transform the way leading businesses to learn and grow.
ELM’s NEW breakfast series
Over the years, we’ve found that L&D, HR, and talent development professionals rarely have the opportunity to network and share challenges and successes with peers. We created ELM’s breakfast series as an answer to that need. It is a casual, dedicated space for local L&D professionals to connect and grow.
Our Speaker, Erinn Kolp
Our first breakfast will feature Erinn Kolp as our speaker. Erinn is a Customer Success Manager at LinkedIn for Learning Solutions. Formerly a learning leader of Godiva, Apple, NYU and Starbucks, Erinn has extensive experience supporting various lines of business including operations, recruitment, L&D and HR and has developed foundational, functional, and leadership curriculum globally.
Erinn will lead a discussion about the future of work and explore the implications of digitalization. Learn how upskilling and reskilling employees is critical for remaining productive and competitive. Discuss which skills are vital as we move into the next era of work. Compare notes with other training, HR, and L&D professionals about individual challenges and ideate solutions.
Breakfast will be hosted at The Farm (447 Broadway 2nd floor, New York, NY 10013) on Thursday, November 21 from 8:00-10:00 a.m.
Join us for a bagel bar, fruit, coffee, and stimulating discussion about the future of work.
